ACCOUNTANT

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

● 2-4 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and audit preparation

● Strong knowledge of VAT, TDS, and excise laws and procedures

● Experience in preparing financial statements for audit purposes

● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, TIG,or similar)

● Strong understanding of financial reporting standards

● Experience working with auditors and regulatory bodies

● Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

● High attention to detail and accuracy 

● Manage and ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, and Excise Duty regulations

● Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with accounting standards

● Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations

● Prepare audit-ready financial reports and supporting schedules

● Coordinate and assist external auditors during annual audits

● Monitor tax filings and ensure timely submission to government authorities

● Manage accounts payable and receivable functions

● Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance

● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

● Ensure proper documentation for all financial and excise-related transactions

● Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers

● Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

● Reconcile bank statements regularly
