- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering + valid license
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of RCC, foundations & BBS
- Proficient in AutoCAD & Advanced Excel (Revit is a plus)
Job Responsibility
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
- Interpret architectural, structural & MEP drawings
- Coordinate with site and design teams
- Identify and resolve site/design issues
