    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Friendly, confident, and customer-service-oriented personality.
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

    Job Responsibility

    • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
    • Handle email, phone, and in-person inquiries effectively.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, filing, and record keeping.
    • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and follow-ups.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
    • Monitor and replenish office stationery and front desk supplies.
    • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings when required.
    • Support daily office operations and other administrative duties as assigned.
