  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Campaign Management, Business Development, Marketing Operations, or a related role.

    • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

    • Strong presentation, reporting, and documentation skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.

    • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

    Job Responsibility

    • Coordinate and execute brand campaigns, partnership campaigns, sponsorships, and marketing activations.

    • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategic partners including banks, wallets, FMCG brands, media houses, corporate organizations, and other commercial partners.

    • Manage partnership discussions, proposals, agreements, campaign deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.

    • Coordinate sponsorship opportunities, event branding, merchandise, and on-ground brand activations.

    • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media & Content, Design, Product, Commercial, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

    • Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and ensure initiatives are completed on schedule.

    • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, production houses, and event partners for timely delivery of marketing materials and activations.

    • Prepare presentations, reports, campaign summaries, partnership updates, and management documentation.

    • Monitor brand consistency across partnership materials and marketing communications in line with Foodmandu's brand guidelines.

    • Research new partnership opportunities, market trends, competitor activities, and innovative collaboration ideas that contribute to business growth.

    • Support continuous improvement of marketing processes, documentation, and departmental operations.
