Counselor

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in educational counseling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of international education processes.

• Conduct student consultations and profile assessments.
• Recommend suitable universities, programs, and destinations.
• Guide students through admission requirements and documentation.
• Assist with SOPs, LORs, and application submissions.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents.
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with universities and destination managers.
• Support students throughout the application process.
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets. 

The Counselor is responsible for advising students on study-abroad opportunities, assisting with university applications, and ensuring a positive student experience throughout the admission process.
