    Job Responsibility

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
    • Draft and manage official correspondence.
    • Coordinate communication between the CEO and stakeholders.
    • Maintain confidential records and documents.
    • Track action items and follow up on key decisions.
    • Organize executive meetings and events.
    • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials.
    • Support strategic projects as assigned by the CEO.
