Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in software development.
- Proven experience managing multiple software projects and cross-functional teams.
- PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Job Responsibility
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver software development projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
- Manage client communications and provide regular project status updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous process improvement and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
