Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing complex, scalable web applications.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture, system design, scalability, and security principles.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js and frontend frameworks like React and Vue.js.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, containerization technologies, and API Gateway implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and feature branching workflows.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and modern development tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Responsibility
- Design and drive the overall technical architecture of software applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop and implement microservices-based solutions for seamless integration and optimal system performance.
- Leverage AWS cloud technologies to build and maintain highly available and scalable applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and code reviews.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure high system uptime by proactively identifying risks, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Integrate and manage supporting systems, including authentication services, monitoring tools, search platforms, and API gateways.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, roadmap planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
