Product Owner

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with product backlog management and user story creation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business goals.
• Gather and analyze business, customer, and stakeholder requirements.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
• Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Ensure product decisions align with business value and customer needs
