Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software testing (QA/QC role)
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC
- Experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or similar
- Ability to write clear, structured, and effective test cases
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in fintech, education, or enterprise systems is an advantage
Job Responsibility
- Identify, detect, and report defects early to minimize production issues and rework
- Design, prepare, and maintain clear and reusable test cases and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web and mobile applications
- Ensure software releases meet defined functional and quality acceptance criteria
- Execute manual and automated testing to improve product reliability and stability
- Validate bug fixes and ensure defect resolution without recurrence
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders for efficient issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards
